Gujarat Beaches

Veraval Beach is one of finest and lovely beach of the Indian state of Gujarat. Though not so popular but this beach may be considered as most beautiful beach of Gujarat for its beach front and golden sandy beach. Veraval has a long coastline which is still untouched by the commercialization. Most of the beach stretch is full of fishing activities of the local people.  People visit here when they visit the holy Somnath city of Gujarat. There is an old fort adjacent to the beach which has added an extra attraction for the people visiting Veraval Beach.

Chorwad Beach is one of the finest and virgin beaches of Gujarat which is named after the nearby fishing village Chowrad. It is a perfect holiday destination where some tourist lodges have been developed recently. Tourist can laze around, enjoy swimming, surfing, and refresh themselves in the green surroundings along the coast line.  Chowrad is 66km from Junagadh and 22 km from Veraval Beach. It is also close to the Ahmedpur Mandvi which is another popular beach of Gujarat.

Ahmedpur Mandvi is one of the most visited beach of Gujarat.  In the evening huge tourist visit the beach to enjoy the treasures of Ahmedpur Mandvi Beach. People can sit on the white sandy beach or laze around and enjoy the cool breeze from the Arabian Sea to refresh them. This beach lies in Junagardh district and is the gate way to a number of popular beaches like  Nagua, Ghogla, Jallandar of Diu and Chowrad, Veraval of Gujarat.
