Colva beach

Colva Beach is the longest beach of South Goa which stretches 20 km along the Arabian Sea. It is 40 km away from Panaji and 6 km west of business city Margao. This beach is the proud of South Goa. Though commercialization has increased the crowd much in the beach front but part of its long territory still seems and remains uncrowded which attracts the people seeking solitude.
The coast line is yet to be packed by shacks. If you look beyond the coast, the beach resorts and villas will make you decide to pass some days in Colva. Outlined with coconut palms throughout, Colva has Bogmalo in north and Cabo de Rama in south. The attractions of Colva Beach are its white soft sands, the sea shells, the shining sun and the prawn curries of Goa in the shacks.
Colva is safe for swimming and snorkeling, and water sports. There are few hotels where you can catch up night parties. Beach parties are occasional in Colva.
