Safety Note: 
Swimming is safe in Elliot Beach. Avoid swimming during high tide. Because of the absence of lifeguard swimmers are advised not to go far from the shore.
Where it is: 
Elliot Beach is the suburb beach of Chennai, the state capital of Tamil Nadu.
Journey Route: 
Chennai is well connected to other part of India by bus, train and air.

Elliots Beach

Elliots Beach is a suburb beach of cosmopolitan Chennai city. The splashing waves of the Bay of Bengal, the cool southern breeze and the stretch of clean sandy beach attract the traveler and resident of the Chennai city to come here in the evening to relax and refresh their mind and soul. In the morning during sun rise the red hue of the sky and the sparkling waves of the Bay of Bengal also draw number of health conscious people who performs their morning walk and other physical exercise in the beach.  Elliots Beach may be considered an extension of the Marina Beach. Velanganni Church and Ashtalaksmi Temple are the added attraction of Elliots Beach. There are number of beach shacks on the shore area serving hot spicy and crispy foods of south India, don’t forget to visit them while you visit Elliots Beach.
